Shipping and Handling: We try to use the USPS first class mail for most items, as it is usually less expensive and faster, particularly in rural areas. US customers may choose to have book orders sent by Media Mail at a significant savings, but it may take a few extra days to arrive. US customers also have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail. USPS Global Priority Mail is used for all international customers.
Delivery Schedule: We make every effort to pack and ship your order of in-stock items within 24 hours of receipt. International orders are generally received in less than 10 working days.
Back Orders: If an item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be given with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Sales Tax: Pennsylvania residents must be charged 6% sales tax on all purchases.
Payment: Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to Half Moon Handwerks. VISA and MC payments will be accepted on phone orders. PayPal payment will be accepted for online orders. PayPal guarantees the security of each transaction, which means that we never see your credit card data.
Discounts: We offer a 10% discount on all regular-priced items to members of fiber and needlework guilds. We will need the name of the group and your membership #. Quantity discounts may be available for guild/chapter projects, please ask!
